Essentials about Sunset Beach in brief

Due to its location very close to the city center, Sunset Beach is one of the most popular city beaches in Vancouver. It is located on the north side of the mouth of False Creek into English Bay. During the summer months, the beach is patrolled by lifeguards. The famous Seawall boardwalk also runs along Sunset Beach, leading west to Stanley Park and continuing east into the Yaletown district. At the south end of Sunset Beach is the large water sports facility of the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
