Dialogue in the Dark is an extraordinary hands-on exhibition in complete darkness that lets you go through the experience of blindness. Since the exhibition cannot be visited on one’s own, groups of visitors are provided with a white cane and a blind or visually impaired guide to accompany them in this unfamiliar world.

Visiting Dialogue in the Dark

In various everyday situations, such as walking through the park, crossing an intersection or taking a boat trip, visitors learn to rely on their other senses. The tour ends in the so-called dark bar, where you can have a drink in the dark and have a chat with the other visitors.

Quite an exceptional experience is the so-called Dinner in the Dark. Having dinner, you can experience what influence the loss of the visual sense has on the perception of food.
