Essentials about the Heineken Experience in brief

Anyone who drinks a beer in Amsterdam rarely gets around a Heineken. After all, the brewery, which is one of the world’s most famous beer brands, is at home in the city. All beer drinkers who not only like to drink a Heineken Pilsje, but would also like to learn more about the brewery, are advised to visit the Heineken Experience. The former brewery site, which operated in the De Pijp district from 1867 to 1988, was converted into a museum in 1991 (the new brewery is now located just outside the city). In the Heineken Experience, visitors can learn about all aspects of the art of brewing and, of course, the Heineken company on four levels. Of course, it is also possible to take part in beer tastings on site.
