SIAM AMAZING PARK

Description

Essentials about Siam Amazing Park in brief

If you like to spend a day in an amusement park, you should pay a visit to Siam Amazing Park. Opened in 1980, the amusement and water park is located in the east of Bangkok and is the largest theme and water park in Southeast Asia, covering an area of nearly 14 hectares.

The areas of Siam Amazing Park

General information

The water park also boasts a superlative: it is home to the largest artificial wave pool in the world. In addition, there are numerous swimming pools and water slides with different lengths and speeds. Besides the water park, the amusement park is divided into four other areas: X-Zone, Family World, Fantasy World and Small World.

X-Zone

The X-Zone area is home to most of the rides for adults and teens. The highlight is certainly Vortex, one of the world’s largest looping roller coasters. There are five loops on the almost 800-meter-long track, through which passengers hurtle at speeds of up to 80 km/h. Another thrill is the Giant Drop. The screams of the passengers can be heard from far away. That’s understandable – who wants to free fall from a height of 75 meters? In addition, the X-Zone has a whole range of other attractions that promise a more or less intense adrenaline kick.

Small World

The Small World is clearly aimed at younger children. Here, a mini carousel, a small pond with swan boats and a bouncy castle await the smaller visitors. Sensibly, the rides for the little ones are all protected from the sun.

Family World and Fantasy World

Family World and Fantasy World primarily feature attractions that appeal to the whole family, such as a white water ride, a pirate ship and a flying carpet. Also worth a visit is the 100-meter high observation deck, from which you have a great overview of the entire Siam Amazing Park.

Conclusion

All in all, Siam Park City is a very entertaining amusement and water park where you can easily spend a whole day. Nevertheless, it should be mentioned that the park is now a bit outdated. Those who expect an ultra-modern amusement park will possibly be a bit disappointed.
