AIN DUBAI

Description

Essentials about Ain Dubai in brief

Big, bigger, Dubai. Since the end of 2021, the metropolis of superlatives on the Persian Gulf has once again a new highlight: the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel (Arabic for “Dubai’s eye”). And it wouldn’t be Dubai if it wasn’t a world record holder. Of course, with a height of 260 meters, the Ain Dubai is the highest observation Ferris wheel in the world. After all, this city is never satisfied with second place. Visitors enjoy a breathtaking view of some of Dubai’s spectacular sights on a ride on the Ain Dubai.

The records of Ain Dubai

With a height of 260 meters, the Ain Dubai easily eclipses the previous world record holder, the High Roller in Las Vegas. The Ferris wheel was built on the artificial luxury island Bluewaters Island off the coast of the Jumeirah Beach Residence. The 48 air-conditioned cabins can seat up to 1,750 people, almost twice as many as the London Eye. During the 38-minute ride, passengers enjoy a magnificent 360-degree panoramic view of the Dubai skyline, the offshore artificial islands and the turquoise waters of the Persian Gulf.

To illustrate the gigantic dimensions of the Ain Dubai once again with a detail: More steel was used to build the Ferris wheel than for the Eiffel Tower in Paris. And Dubai would not be Dubai if such a world record attraction stood lonely and lost in the sand. Naturally, an “amusement park” with stores, restaurants and hotels will be built around the Ain Dubai.

The ride on the Ain Dubai

A special feature of the Ain Dubai is that visitors can take a spin on the Ferris wheel both during the day and at night. This gives you the opportunity to experience Dubai in both its facets: The facades of the skyscrapers gleaming in the sun during the day and the sparkling light of the sea of houses at night.

Passengers on the Ain Dubai are spoiled for choice with three types of cabins: observation cabins, shared cabins and private cabins. For the ultimate luxury experience, VIP cabins are also available, hosting culinary events as well as customized events.
